We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

A member of our team will then send you a return form with our return address. E-mails received over 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The tie must remain sealed in its clear packaging sleeve.
- Once the packaging sleeve has been opened and/or the tie is removed, the seal will be broken and the return becomes void. Dispatching our ties in these clear, see-through sleeves allows customers to see the tie, hold the tie up to their outfit, before deciding whether to keep the tie, or return.
- If a tie is returned to us with a broken packaging seal, the customer will be charged with an invoice to have the item returned back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different tie, please place a new order.
