Returning an item
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return something, and a further 14 days to send it back. Just email us at hello@thevintagetieshop.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn in original sealed packaging, and free from new stains or damage.
Return postage
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a member of our team will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and e-mail confirmation will be sent upon issuing the return. Refunds include the original cost of shipping.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thevintagetieshop.com with a photo and your order number. A member of our team will arrange a full or partial refund, or replacement, including return postage.
Exchanges
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different tie, please place a new order.
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery the delivery date. Requests received after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
